| While you might be right about the flats by Kew Bridge, generally people moving into new builds tend to be progressive (according to research) regardless of tenure type. It is possible some, if not most, of the population growth seen in Chiswick is post university children moving back in with their parents in increasing numbers. That would also account for better performances for Labour/Green in the ward. |
