Most likely a cheap chinese alternative battery rather than a ATL,samsung or LG who Supplies batteries for most phones. Allways look before paying, hope it was not expensive. Talking major suppliers. LG even supply all manner of screens to Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Philips and more for TVs,computers and phones ext. They even supply the Oled screens to apple for the iPhones. Many High road places con you on new screens and batteries etc for a good bit of money which are cheap chinese alternatives. I once got a iphone screen changed on CHR some time ago only for the finger print button to not work and found out the screen was a cheap chinese alternative costing £9 and was charged £60 and no refund. Purchased a genuine screen online for around £35 and fitted it myself. Always beware of these tech repair shops and kiosks. Ismash are good alternatives to go to. |
