| Does anyone take any notice of these, if companies can get away with only displaying the best reviews and, indeed, some paying for good ones? Also I once posted a bad review for a car service and I was called up and badgered by the company to change it - I refused. It amuses me that, if you take out travel insurance or a funeral plan, you are expected to provide a review straight away rather than after a "claim" has been made. |
