| Hi wonder if anyone else has had issues with delays to refunds of deposit and requests for deduction of "bank charges" to refund faster. Thought these kind of things has all but gone away? We are waiting almost a month, and was told would cost £30 to pay using Faster Payment Services. For avoidance of doubt, there is no dispute relating to the amount to be remitted. |
