| Agreed, Andrew. I think Katherine "nogotiated" a horrific deal and cornered herself in. Per Michael's post, the logic would be more vendors earns a council more money. Where is the harm? Now cyclists are being gouged and Hounslow is trying to sell them on "competition" and "choice." Meanwhile the current vendors haven't resolved bikes being left here, there and everywhere. |
