| All of it? Or just the wide bit, or including the really wide dual carriageway bit? Will we be getting speed humps and chicanes to help drivers abide? This must be a fund-raising ‘make the world a better place’ virtue-signalling wheeze as it’s the least likely road where you’d expect such a limit. Kingston by-pass next? |
