| Can someone confirm if challenges to moving violation PCNs are deemed to be automatically accepted by law if the council issues a notice of rejection of representation past a delay of 56 days? The response was received over 120 days after my challenge. For background, the PCN was issued for turning onto Rivercourt road after it became restricted. Missed the temporary warning sign along A4 and by the time we got to the entrance was too late to read the formal signage and react given speed of traffic on that road. Thanks. |
