| Theft of cars with keyless entry is quite common - usually undertaken about 2.30 am. I, my next door neighbour and a neighbour from 2 doors down have all been victims. I kept my key in a Faraday pouch, to prevent capturing the signal by relay - obviously to no avail. I believe the thieves can buy equipment on the dark web which can generate zillions of key codes in a few minutes. Your car is probably already in a container on its way to Russia or Nigeria. If you replace the Porsche, get a steering lock and an immobiliser. Belt and braces! |
