The tribunal didn't conclude that he was unjustifiably sacked but rather that his sacking was unfair because proper procedure wasn't followed.

Whether it was unjustifiable is more subjective and I know people who are much more familiar with the circumstances than some of the most confident commentators on here, disagree on this question. People perhaps should avoid pronouncements which are based less on knowledge of this case and more on preconceived ideas and click bait reporting.
