| I had a Flavel Radiant gas fire fitted at home in 2010,it cost me £75 and a gas safe registered mate fitted it for me for £50 plus a Sunday dinner.I had a minor repaiir done to it last November. The part cost £60 and the work was £110.To buy the fire now is over £600 and to fit it would be a days charge from a gas engineer, about £350-£400.It's a very good fire btw and keeps the room warm when on a very low setting. |
