| Yes if irresponsible people have barbecues in public spaces and gardeners don't monitor their compost heaps. It was the latter that sparked the Wennington conflagration. Also seen plenty of junkies discard lit cigarette ends (and no doubt other smoked substances) without caring. Broken glass can also be a source of ignition if in direct sunlight in dry conditions. |
