| As they would have known what the rent was when they took on the lease, I doubt that is the reason for the slow fitting out . Crew seem to have managed to open only a few weeks after signing their lease. One possible reason is rates - you don't pay them if the shop isn't open so maybe they have decided to wait until after the summer when turnover is likely to be higher. |
