Why not, certain items can't be easily got on the street. Online sales have been slowly dropping since COVID-19 but were still up prior to COVID-19. Some people just do not have time to travel and shop. Many do not like travelling by public transport, and it's harder to drive these days. Supermarket sales I believe are up but things like clothes and especially fashion and fashion accessories are dropping year on year. People do not know where they stand in six months, and neither do small businesses or the hospitality industry, which could be the biggest hit and employ a large number of people.
