| Maybe the ‘old’ road closures were more readily accepted because they, er, actually closed the roads in question and we all knew where we stood. The trouble with the ‘new’ LTNs is that the roads aren’t really ‘closed’ and people mistrust the sneaky fund-raising cameras and confusing signs and exemptions. |
