| Some car parks don't make it clear when entering them that you may need a smart phone with you to pay, my friend was driving I tend to keep away from them, but she had no way of paying and had to pay £60 fine. It needs to be clear how to make payment in this case it just said pay when you leave it was not at all clear how to pay on entering the car park. Sorry to change the subject just think this needs addressing. |
