| Bizarre. The woman singing the French National Anthem was amazing and the location fantastic. The horse galloping up the Seine was spectacular. The rest was largely weird especially the tribute to French fashion. The rain did its best to spoil the show but three cheers to the soaked fortitude of those who doggedly carried on. Personally I don’t think these magnificent games can continue. No country can afford the expense. |
