There will of course be a strong push back using the NHS procedural checks: (1) such a major change requires Consultation with patients (2) It requires a financial analysis and justification to the NHS Region (3) It is subject to "call in" by the S of State for Health. And there are other important checks in the NHS "procedure". Hammersmith Council is of course lending the campaign its support. Fingers crossed once again! |
