| My children who order more on line than myself (and not just from Amazon) will not have door deliveries. They always get delivered to pick up point of which there are several around Chiswick and you select the one closest to you. The reality is with the number of doorstep thefts at current levels this is the safest way, as a number have mentioned already in this thread. The lack of police action in the majority of cases sadly reflects their lack of resources and there is often little evidence to go on, which means that route is not going to deliver any deterrent or solution to the problem faced. |
