| There was a very good documentary on Sky Arts last week about W.B’s brother, the artist Jack B. Yeats. Jack was born in London and did spend time with the rest of the family in Bedford Park although he went to live in Sligo. Apart from his illustrative work he painted predominantly scenes of Irish life. As far as I know unfortunately there are no paintings of Chiswick which is a shame. The programme is available on catch-up. |
