As the OP says in her original post most things are now available in other formats. However some aren't and there are also people who are unable to deal with changes in tech easily especially if sight impaired and when new zappers with large and simple buttons are necessary and complicated enough to carry on watching. Making contact with these people isn't necessarily easy because they are probably not on this or any website and will rely on others to produce more. I don't think libraries will still have them and many care homes will have
updated by now - but you may get lucky.
Preloved would have been my suggestion too.
