The inimitable Richard Jennings will correct me if I’m wrong but a couple of Duke Rd residents (including me) have already contacted the Traffic dept about this. Their reply on Wednesday suggests the two-way running in Bourne Place was meant to have happened but that there appears to have been an “internal miscommunication”. The contractor was contacted and asked to remedy the situation as soon as possible. LBH thought it would be sorted out by Thursday but I’m not aware that it has been yet.
So my email to them of today may help.
