| Slightly confused by your post. There clearly is an automatic monitoring of lighting, by the public, and you have demonstrated that the system works. Are you suggesting that this is duplicated by expensive technology that links all lights back to a central monitoring station? That would be daft idea as it would cost millions and deliver precisely no net benefit. |
