| I booked through the NHS website as I did with the 3rd vaccine. You don’t have to wait for your GP practice to contact you. As long as you meet all the requirements for what is being offered, they will give you a list of available venues relevant to your post code. In fact Kew Retail park is nearer and much easier to get to, with no hassles for parking. If you did end up in a long queue you would still be inside the shop, unlike the health centre where you queue down the ramp and along the road. But Boots did contact me to say they didn’t have enough vaccine for the over 75, on the day I booked so saved me a trip. Rebooking was easy though the NHS website for the Friday on the following week, which was successful. |
