| The Bedford Park Society have little care for anything except their own importance - some years ago they forced through their designs on toytown lampposts - ignoring research that shows the open light model causes significant light pollution. Contrast that with the smart efficient streetlights that have appeared elsewhere in the neighbourhood where the light only shines down. Good luck installing anything efficient. |
