| Went through this is July. There are instructions on the Hounslow website under parking. Basically you send them an email with your change of reg number etc and they sent you a temporary number (within 24 hours iirc); then you have to send them some in formation (photo of V5C etc) and give them some money over the phone. The instructions said they would call you about the the money but this never happened so we called them in the end. |
