| Walking along South Parade today I could see that many of the signs next to the parking bays that say both Zone B parking permit holders and also those who pay for parking over the phone, have had the information that non residents can pay to park their sprayed out with silver paint so at first glance it looks like only parking permit holders are allowed to park in those bays. I presume this isn’t the work of Ealing council, but perhaps of someone who doesn’t want people without Zone B parking permits parking there. Seems rather selfish, given that there are plenty of bays in Zone B that are Residents parking only (including some of those on South Parade) and the bays occupancy is probably less than 50%). Oh, and non-permit holders can’t park there for the whole day either. |
