| MF: "This was preceded by some smashing views of a common tern zipping over the Thames between Oliver's Island and Kew Bridge" By coincidence, Terns featured in the weekly extended Tweet of the Day on Radio 4 this morning: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000vy1g Michaela Strachan mentioned that there are even Common Terns in central Londdon these days eg around Hyde Park and The Seroentine. |
