There were two petitions from Stile Hall and West Chiswick residents asking the council to review CPZ arrangements for the new Brentford stadium. I stand to be corrected, but I understand the council don't unilaterally do consultations for possible changes to CPZs - there needs to be some evidence that residents want changes, such as a petition. I'd suggest contacting Cllr Hearn or one of the other Riverside cllrs and asking about the SOTG CPZ.  If the council need evidence of demand, then you could talk to other residents and start a petition. In these days of internet fan forums, it really won't take a long time before areas near the stadium without controlled parking are known about.
