Whilst it wouldn't be the first time that I've misread plans, looking at the plans that were approved by the 2017 application and the photograph of the development as built (which is all I have to go on), I don't believe the development as built is anything like what was approved by the Council. The approved ground floor plan doesn't show any new extension to the same depth as the small single storey rear projection which has been there for ages, and still shows the long existing door in the side wall of that extension giving access onto the terrace area, yet in reality that has now all been filled in. If I wasn't 175 miles away I'd wander down myself rather than relying on a single photograph, but from the information I have at my disposal what has been built appears to be completely different from what the Council approved.
