| From LBH Dear Sir/Madam TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (as amended) Site Address: A316 North Side at junction with Hartington Road, Chiswick Breach: Illegal display of advertisement banners I am writing to you further to our recent enforcement investigation into the alleged breach of planning control at the above property. The enforcement investigation that has been undertaken established that a breach of planning control had occurred. However, as a result of our investigation, the owner has taken action to remedy this breach of planning control. Therefore the Council now considers that it is no longer expedient to take any further enforcement action and accordingly, the investigation has now been closed.
