| I'm not sure about Devonshire Gardens but some roads in the CPZ have a sign at one end that says "Permit holders parking only past this point", and there are no bay markings beyond that point. That can give the impression that the CPZ has not been completed if you haven't read and understood the sign at the start of the road. In some cases, particularly in SOTG zone, there is only one such sign, and it's quite hard to see it if you approach from one direction.
