I have had many issues but only twice if speaking to the person you are referring to and found the gentleman very open and issues resolved. I would accept the idea of many complaints but not likely with said person as supermarkets most likely get a high amount of complaints and the said person is rarely on the shop floor unless an issue or called for. "store has been voted best supermarket in the region" That is all most likely an internal award and its staff and a company letterhead will be framed and delivered |
