| ActiveBacks® is a friendly, family-run sports injury clinic on the Hammersmith/Chiswick border, and we're looking for a personable and reliable part-time receptionist to join our team. The role is part-time, approximately 19 hours per week. Current shifts are Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am-1:30pm and 2:30pm-7pm, with some flexibility in the working patter potentially available. You'll be welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling telephone and email enquires, taking payments and helping with the day-to-day running of reception. We're looking for someone warm, organised and professional who enjoys dealing with people and would like to become a valued part of a small, established team. Previous reception or customer service experience would be helpful but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.
