| MYLITTLEBOARDERS is a London based skateboarding club that specialises in teaching children aged 5-15 years old skateboarding in a fun and safe environment. HOME - Specialist in children's skateboarding in London (mylittleboarders.co.uk) JOB DESCRIPTION The Administrative and Marketing assistant is responsible for the following tasks for weekend clubs, private lessons, holiday sessions and skateboarding parties: o Almost exclusively dealing with clients via email only, our clients are parents/guardians of young children o Confirming online bookings for weekend clubs and holiday clubs o Responding to email/online requests for private sessions and skateboarding parties o Making bookings and taking payment for private sessions/skateboarding parties o Maintaining master Excel spreadsheet of all classes/lessons/parties o Setting up and monitoring payments for lessons/parties via Stripe payment system o Maintaining lesson diary via Bookly system o Responding to parent queries via email o Working directly with business owner to manage the schedules for all instructors and monitor payments o Producing and sending out weekly small-scale marketing emails for clients REQUIREMENTS o Ideal for organised, efficient and self-motivated individual o Confidence in using Excel/Google spreadsheets essential o Good interpersonal/client handling skills (via email) essential o Ability to use PowerPoint at a basic level (less essential). WORKING HOURS/START DATE This is a short-term role starting after Easter to cover approximately 4 weeks absence of the existing Assistant. The current Assistant will be able to provide full handover. All work can be done from home using remote access to the business facilities online. Candidate will need to have access to their own laptop/pc. Hours are flexible and variable averaging 10 hours per week spread across Monday-Friday. PAY £12 per hour invoiced weekly, paid weekly.
