We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start in September 2023 for 1 academic year initially. 32.5 hours per week term time only plus 5 inset days (39 weeks of the year).

* has experience of supporting teaching & learning in a formal setting.
* has a passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for high quality teaching and learning
* can think creatively and flexibly
* has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* can work well as part of a team
* can work independently with enthusiasm and initiative
* has a knowledge of behaviour management
* is empahetic to the needs of children and care about things that concern them
