The Hogarth Club is currently looking for a combined role of main duties as a part time receptionist with bar assistant cover. The applicant will be able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role; capability in dealing with bookings, payments, good customer relations and computer skills are essential requirements for this post.
Candidates should be always pleasant and enjoy maintaining the high standards that our members expect.
Principle duties:
• Providing excellent service to members/clients
• Greeting members and guest upon arrival
• Assist in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area
• Answer calls promptly and politely
• Book various appointments
• Taking payments and making a record of payments
• Create a pleasant experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Ensuring the reception area follow health & safety guidelines including covid protocols and cleanliness
Position Requirements:
• Ability to communicate with members and guests
• To support the reception manager
• To work individually and with others in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to deliver a high level of customer service
• A keen eye for detail and immaculate presentation
• Computer Literacy
• A good telephone manner
• Ambitious and driven with a passion for excellence
• To attend training sessions with enthusiasm and contribute ideas
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to forge strong links and build good relationships
Training provided.
Hours: Part time - 16 hours per week - (Flexible roster) to include some weekends. Opportunity to work additional hours covering holiday and sickness absence.
