Admin Assistant for Frannan International
Full-time Office Administrator required for a small office in Chiswick, specialising in nursing home care and overseas consultancy projects.
Location: Chiswick Salary: 20k - 24k (Negotiable, dependant on experience)
Duties include: • General Office Administration Duties, including answering calls, welcoming guests, opening and filing mail, setting up and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems and developing databases where necessary. • Management and Upkeep of the office, including monitoring and replenishing office supplies and liaising with cleaners and utility providers. • Checking timesheets and other documents from overseas project offices. • Liaising with the care home manager and project staff internationally where necessary. • Assisting with logistical arrangements i.e. booking flights and accommodation for international travel, aswell as arrange meetings for senior members of the company.
Skills required:
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, highly efficient, high level of initiative, good telephone manner, strong numerical skills, excellent computer skills, and ideally some financial background. References will be required.
