Something - who knows what - happened just after I sent in a complaint to Virgin, but the problem has been resolved. I was actually looking at the router as it reset itself twice of its own accord, so it WAS a service issue rather than anything localised here. I was really pleasantly surprised to get a call from Virgin about the complaint afterwards. The agent was very helpful, apologetic and has credited the cost of the two useless 08457 calls to the bill. That's all great - but I know that the next time there's a problem, this whole rigmarole will be repeated... But I'm just thankful for service right now. |
