| Gareth, sorry to hear of your experience. How awful for you. Moving is a stressful enough time without added complications. I hope you reach a satisfactory outcome. I had the exact opposite with Rumsey. I used them to move most of our items into storage last September whilst we had our house renovated and they have just moved everything back last week. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and professional. I used Rumsey on a recommendation from a neighbour who used them last summer to move from Chiswick to Maida Vale. |
