| I live at Holland Gardens on Brentford High Street (near the Jet petrol station where the High Street becomes Kew Bridge Road) and lost both phone line and broadband on Tuesday morning. Finally repaired late this afternoon. Absolute disgrace, here we are living in one of the biggest cities in the world (not in a remote part of outer Mongolia), no freak weather etc, and yet it takes BT 4 days to repair the fault. |
