I noticed this when I moved into my flat and was very worried. I had it checked out and was advised it was nothing to worry about, the cellar used to be a coal hole and I was advised with heavy rain that some water would seep in. Like you it's not very much and at the front under the front door. However it you want to actually use the cellar a pump or tanking are required as mentioned above. |
