"It says something about being for recorded music and food until 8pm and then light refereshments and music until midnight" Actually it's a licensing application for recorded music and the sale of alcohol from 8 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week, also a Late Night Refreshments licence from 23:00 to midnight.  Basically it would enable them to trade as a restaurant between 8 a.m. and midnight. I think Côte will be a useful addition to the Chiswick restaurant scene, though I reckon it will face stiff competition on TGT from Charlotte's Bistro, and also from Villandry Kitchen on CHR when it opens in the ex-Ground/ASK premises.
