Unless technology has moved on in the last 7 years I would not recommend a combi for anything more than a small 3 bed flat. Instantaneous water heating will not cope with demand at kitchen sink, Bathroom tap and shower all at the same time. You need a cylinder system and pumped showers if your header tank water pressure cannot cope. Happy to be corrected if others know better.... |
