Hi, Richard Glad you hve had some confirmation that Webtrak have a misalignment. Can it be categorically stated that the flight paths shown are actual flight paths and not 'amended' as I believe a number of correspondents on this point believe that what they see 'overhead' is shown differently on Webtrak 48 hours or so later. JFK also show their flightpaths but the scale is so minimal that the actual flightpaths over ground positions is too vague for any useful reference. It is in 'real time' though so you can track incoming flights to see when they are likely to land. If security is worried that revealing the actual flight paths gives a terrorist a chance to select a target I'd guess that a terrorist with capability to hit an aircraft is going to use a Mk 1 eyeball, not Webtrak. Why the 48 hour delay? Is it just so they hope people will lose the inclination to complain? What are the Webtrak contact details you use? |
