Bit of a mystery! That Air Canada flight AC868 (which passed at 21:11, not 20:11) didn't get any closer to Bedford Park than Olympia. Mike, did you see the plane overhead, or judge its position from its sound? What time was it? Did you note the direction in which it was flying? I've no reason to think that wayward flights are being edited out. There was a plane that came right over my house on the Glebe estate at 08:31 on 6th November, which WebTrak shows as having turned late for a southern runway approach. It just about managed to get in line with the runway by the time it passed over Hounslow. (An Aer Lingus flight in case you were wondering.) The words that Claudia quoted look to me like the words of a cautious company lawyer. |
