It is good to receive a warning and a detailed description of the four suspects. However, why has their ethnicity not been included? Surely this is one of the key identifying details that would help members of the public recognise them. Furthermore, given that the railway stations are equipped with CCTV, surely there are images of these individuals available to assist the police in identifying them? This also raises a wider question: what action is actually being taken by the police? If there is live CCTV footage and the individuals are repeatedly attending these locations in a predictable pattern, why have they seemingly been allowed to continue? What is the point of having CCTV and regular police patrols if repeated offending continues without any apparent intervention?
