| Annette, if I may - What were the terms in Ealing and what are they now? What is your budget vs the commercial rates? With Ealing I'd imagine you could tell us specifics. I don't expect the same transparency with your budget. But it makes me think the problem might be one of bridging a gap. People might not have the minibus, but they might be able to pitch in and cover the cost differential. |
