| This message is for Forum members who use e-bikes, not for those who just want to complain about how awful they are. According to the 27 August article on the Voi e-bikes contract, Forest bikes is now the only company that serves Hounslow, Ealing and Hammersmith. The bad reviews of the functionality of their app and the financial charges that result are pretty grim. Can anyone share their experiences of using Forest bikes (who doesn't work for the company)?
