| Maybe battery But try this When you turn it on, press Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B at the same time, and it should flicker or beep. Hopefully that will remove and solve one issue if its graphics card. If no joy, then try the following: Unplug everything connected, like any USB devices. Start the laptop and when the login screen appears, hold down the restart button for thirty-odd seconds, then reconnect everything and restart. More can be done, but then you get into safe mode and parameters. If you're confident, that info about the black screen can be found online in a Google search with your issue imputed. Obviously you need a phone or someone's laptop or TV to find YouTube tutorials. I'd stick with the first 2 ideas, and if still no joy, make your decision. |
