| We were involved with a project like this a few years ago and the existing Leaseholders were quite keen on the extra floor being built as it would save us the upcoming cost of repairing the roof and we’d get the communal stairs upgraded for nothing. Our future service charges would also be divided among more flats and thus be less. It was something of a disappointment when the developer pulled out! |
